    It’s as simple as a phone call, email, or visit realfotovancouver.com and fill out our online order form. Once we receive the order, our booking agent will contact you, or your sellers, with an available time in which we can come out to the listing.

    What is CanadaFinds?

    CanadaFinds is a website that hosts all realfoto taken media, and showcases it in its best presented form. With every order through realfoto we will make a single page website which hosts your pictures, floor plans, virtual tours, and brochure for your clients to see and for you to download. Also included with this link are; all listing information pulled directly from MATRIX, a map to the listing, a walkscore (optional), and google street view (optional). Also with CanadaFinds you have the ability to login to an analytics dashboard which will provide you with information regarding the visitors who have viewed your listings. CanadaFinds is your 24/7 online open house, always open to serve your clients better.

    Why is the sqft. on my floor plan different from the strata/builders plan?

    More often than not, a finished floor plan will differ slightly from the builders plans due to engineers changing the plans as they see fit. This can translate to added or diminished square footage in the realfoto floor plan. Another thing to take into consideration are the builders (tradesmen) who wont always follow the plan as things can change during the building process.

    Condo
    (above applies) For condo’s shared walls can determine the inconsistency in the numbers on the strat/builders plan and the realfoto one.

    I’ve never ordered infosheets before. What do I need to do to get started?

    First we’ll need to develop an infosheet template for you. We first need to develop a template for your print materials,and before we do that, we need to first know what size of infosheet you’d like to get (legal, 8.5×14 folded in half, or tabloid, 11×17 folded in half). We’ll also need a high-res version of your head shot if you wish for us to put it on your print materials. Please also let us know what contact info you wish for us to put on the infosheet. After we have the above info/content, we can begin work on a proof of your template. You can expect to receive a first proof of your infosheet template within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of us receiving the content we require for designing a first proof of your template.
    If you’re looking to have an infosheet for a listing ready for the weekend, please allow ample time for design and revisions.

    When Can I Expect A Proof?

    Once we have all the collateral for producing a proof, including the MLS#, you can expect a proof to be emailed to you within 24 hours, Mon-Fri. (Collateral includes: photos, floorplans, MLS#, and on-file template.)

    I haven’t received my infosheet proof yet. Why could that be?

    It could be because infosheets aren’t on your order, you have yet to inform us of the MLS #, or if processed photos/floorplans aren’t available to us.

    When will my infosheets be printed?

    Infosheets are usually printed and ready within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) of receiving a final approval and quantity.

    Do you do mailwalks?

    Yes we coorinate Unaddressed Admail via Canada Post. We do the graphic design, printing, coordinate, paperwork and delivery to Canada Post.

    Is Geoff single?

    Sorry, No he is not. Geoff is currently running our Vancouver office.
